Camp Life Launch Registration: July 6th - 10th

Parents, please fill out this registration form with your child. You may send the fee of $550 if received by October 15th or $650 after that date via Zelle to @lifelaunchla, cell phone (917) 334-1925, to secure your spot. Confirmation will be sent within 48 hours of registration.
